Samsung Galaxy Note 3 with premium warranty in Nigeria

Samsung Electronics Company Limited, which employs 236,000 people across 79 countries with annual sales of $187.8 billion (N28.17trn), has unveiled latest Galaxy Note 3 device to Nigerian consumers. This will obviously drive more sales as the global leader in technology believes strongly in the Nigerian market.

The introduction of the device comes with warranty which is in sync with company’s thrust of providing innovative and customer-oriented service. “With Samsung Premium, consumers will receive a replacement device in the event of screen or liquid damage to their Galaxy Note 3, at no extra charge”.

Speaking at the unveiling of the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear in Lagos recently, the Director of Hand Held Products at Samsung Electronics West Africa, Emmanouil Revmatas, described the premium service as part of Samsung’s efforts at providing its consumers with a worry-free life.

“With the original ADH warranty, our consumers got to take their Samsung Galaxy S4 for no-money and no-questions asked repairs for screen and liquid damage, not once but twice during the first two years of the life of their device. For the Galaxy Note 3, we have upgraded the service. With the Samsung Premium warranty, instead of two repair claims, users of the device will now get two instant phone replacements over the 24-month warranty period, at no extra charge. This is a world first from Samsung. It represents our commitment to anticipating the needs of our consumers and providing them with superior service towards making their lives worry-free,” he said.
